Ryan Isherwood
Founder, CEO, CIO, Senior Portfolio Manager
Mr. Isherwood is the Founder of the firm and has been the CEO, CIO and Portfolio Manager since its inception in June 2024. Prior to founding Significance Capital, Mr. Isherwood was Vice President Portfolio Manager/Co-Portfolio Manager/Senior Research Analyst at Calamos Investments for five years, joining through Calamos Investments’ acquisition of Timpani Capital Management in 2019. Mr. Isherwood joined Timpani Capital shortly after its founding in 2008, serving as Portfolio Manager on the Enhanced Alpha Strategy beginning 2017. Additionally, Mr. Isherwood served as the Co-Portfolio Manager on the Calamos Timpani Smid Cap Fund from 2019-2024 (CTIGX). Prior to Timpani, he worked on the Heritage Growth Team at Wells Capital Management as a Senior Research Analyst from 2005-2008. He received his MBA from the University of Notre Dame in 2005 with a concentration in Finance/Investments and graduated with high honors. Mr. Isherwood received his BBA from University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1999 with a double major in Risk Management/Insurance and Management/HR. Mr. Isherwood has earned the right to use the CFA® and CMT® designation.

Michael W. Klenn
Co-Portfolio Manager
Mr. Klenn is Co-Portfolio Manager of Significance Capital, joining in October 2025. Prior to Significance Capital, Mr. Klenn was Senior Portfolio Analyst at Allspring Global Investments for three years. From 2010 through 2021, Mr. Klenn worked alongside Mr. Isherwood at Timpani and subsequently at Calamos, after Calamos’ acquisition of Timpani. He received his BS from Marquette University in 2010 with a major in finance. Mr. Klenn has earned the right to use the CFA® and CMT® designation.

Dillon Hoover
Co-Portfolio Manager
Mr. Hoover joined the firm in June 2026. He brings nearly a decade of buy-side experience from CastleArk Management, where he spent nine years as a Senior Analyst on the Small/SMID Growth team before being promoted to Assistant Portfolio Manager in 2025. Mr. Hoover began his career at Craig-Hallum Capital Group in Minneapolis as a sell-side research associate before relocating to Chicago to take an analyst role at Spot Trading. Mr. Hoover graduated magna cum laude from Minnesota State University Moorhead, earning a double major in Finance and Business Administration. Mr. Hoover has earned the right to use the CFA® designation.
